Coach Cassius Sendish, Owner/Founder


Coach Cash is a Football Skills Trainer and Certified Sports Performance Coach in Kansas City. He was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to play at the University of Kansas, as well as opportunities to play in the NFL and CFL. He then went back to coach at the collegiate level, spending time at the University of Kansas as the Safeties Coach. In his final year at KU, the Jayhawks had all 3 of their starting safeties named to the All-Big 12 team for the 2018 season.


THE LOCKDOWN METHOD has partnered with Coach Joseph Potts of TopSpeed Strength and Conditioning to offer the most extensive program for an athlete in the KC area. They both have worked with athletes from HS all the way to the NFL.


Coach Cash wants to pass the knowledge that he gained along the way to the next generation of athletes in the Kansas City metro area. If you would benefit from individualized training, working on force development, power, explosion, speed, strength, agility, change of direction and football-specific work, you have found the place.


Coach Cash understands that coaches only get so much time to work with their athletes, with most of it being in a team setting. The individualized/small group sessions that he is offering go a long way in a player’s personal development. How much time do you get to work in individual/position specific drill work? Maybe 20-30 min per practice? He would like to help you unlock and maximize your potential.
